It's been a while since i last blogged. Been kinda preoccupied with other aspects of life..
Have finished Course 2 of the Wilton method of cake decorating (thanks Deb for sending over the course kit!) and the final cake turned out a lot better than i expected (pix above). Have enjoyed these classes immensely and can't wait for Course 3 to start..
Have tried out a few new recipes the past few weeks. Triple chocolate cookies (pictured) , Chocolate glazed cupcakes, gingerbread with lemon filling cupcakes (pictured) ...it's been fun... made these for a girlfriend's birthday.. i think cuppies are pretty special to receive on your birthday especially when you're not expecting it...
